To ensure all systems are in proper running order, Sposen will have electric, water, and sewer turned on prior to your closing date. Please arrange to have these transferred into your named within 3 business days to avoid any interruptions in services. Please locate your service provider here:

Included with the purchase of your home is a 1-year warranty. Although it has a warranty, you are still responsible for the proper maintenance of the home. In order to aid in the proper maintenance of your home, we have compiled a direct link to our Warranty Handbook and Home Ownership Handbook.

Pool School & Equipment Registration
A pool school orientation is part of the verification walk. If you did not receive this orientation, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule within 48 hours of closing.
It’s important to register your pool equipment. All pool equipment can be registered at Pentairpool.com.

As part of the Sposen Homes value, we offer our warranty concierge services. This service allows us to continue our best in class experience from the selection, construction, walk-through and now home ownership. Any non-emergency claims can be made through your BuilderTrend app. This app helps make warranty claims fast and easy. Your claim will be sent to our warranty department. They will be contacting you to schedule repairs working with your schedule.
