Utility Providers
To ensure all systems are in proper running order, Sposen will have electric, water, and sewer turned on prior to your closing date. Please arrange to have these transferred into your named within 3 business days to avoid any interruptions in services. Please locate your service provider here:
Warranty Claims
At Sposen Homes, our commitment to delivering a best-in-class experience doesn’t stop at closing. As part of the Sposen value, we offer dedicated warranty concierge services to ensure a smooth transition into homeownership.
For any non-emergency warranty claims, simply submit your request through the BuilderTrend website or mobile app—both are designed to make the process quick and easy. Once submitted, our warranty team will review your claim and reach out to coordinate repairs at a time that works with your schedule.

Homeowner Maintenance
Included with the purchase of your home is a 1-year warranty. Although it has a warranty, you are still responsible for the proper maintenance of the home. In order to aid in the proper maintenance of your home, we have compiled a direct link to our Warranty Handbook and Home Ownership Handbook.

Pool School & Equipment Registration
A pool school orientation is part of the verification walk. If you did not receive this orientation, please email [email protected] to schedule within 48 hours of closing.
It’s important to register your pool equipment. All pool equipment can be registered at Pentair.com or Jandy.com.
