As you can imagine, there are many moving parts that are coordinated when constructing a home. We don’t expect you to be construction experts, however we do like to inform you as to what to expect over the initial weeks and latter months. There are 5 main steps that have to be completed in order to deliver a new construction home, all of which are all outlined below. Each of the steps contain an overview of all the sub processes that make them up.

With the month of November just underway, everyone at Sposen Signature Homes has been focused on Veterans Day. The Nov. 11 holiday celebrates “Armistice Day”, or the end of World War I. In fact, it wasn’t until 1954 that Armistice Day was renamed “Veterans Day” and the holiday became a day to recognize veterans of all wars, not just World War I (and that’s your history lesson for the day).
