Your registration may be extended for additional ninety (90) days by performing either of the following within the final fifteen (15) days of the current registration period:

1. An email to client copying newconstruction@sposenhomes.com that specifically mentions SSH in its text confirming your clients continued interest in purchasing a new construction home from SSH.
2. Re-visiting the SSH sales center with the above client and re-registering

In order to avoid any misunderstanding involving agency, you WILL NOT be registered based on the following:

1. The above referenced client and/or client’s spouse have previously visited a Sposen Homes sales center or model/ inventory home and/or have been working with a SSH sales
2. You fail to complete and forward a copy of this registration PRIOR to the client visiting a SSH sales center or model/inventory home.
3. The above referenced client and/or client’s spouse have registered on our website and/or started discussions with our sales department via social media prior to registration.

SSH Sales Associates will:

1. Demonstrate the home
2. Quote all prices – Handle Upgrades and Color  Selection
3. Prepare the purchase contract
4. Follow up directly with the client (with updates to agent and/or broker)
5. Suggest and follow-up regarding financing
6. Handle all necessary client contact after contract execution, as it relates to home construction only. Any contract regarding lot closing is the responsibility of the selling

An email will also be sent to you confirming the terms of your registration as well for your records.
