The event will take place on Friday, February 20, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at the company’s 871 Miramar St office. The Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce will lead the ribbon cutting ceremony from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM, followed by a public open house featuring food and refreshments.

Designed to support closings, vendor coordination, and operational needs, the downtown office enhances the company’s ability to serve partners and clients while maintaining its established design showroom for walk-in visits and new home consultations.
